Shipping Policies

We ship within 5-7 Business Days from time of order placement. We ship all orders in sequence received.

Most all orders ship via USPS carrier and larger orders ship via UPS carrier.
Once an order is shipped you will receive an email from us with tracking information and a link that you can follow the journey of your package until it arrives at your door.

Once an order has left our facility we are unable to alter the ship to address and have no control over delivery time.

 
Should your order continue moving through the carriers system and being scanned at different carrier facilities, and you are able to track it with the tracking number provided; please be patient as there is nothing we are able to do to remedy this.

 
We ship thousands of packages via multiple carriers annually and we will occasionally have a rogue package float around through the carriers system until it finally makes it to your door. Sometimes this does take some time. 
Should a package be returned to us due to being marked as undelivered or it was held at your local post office and never picked up. There will be additional shipping charges to have your order shipped back to you. 

Returning an item(s) 

All item(s) must be in new condition, still in original packaging with original tags still attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A 10% restock fee is applied to all items(s) returned/exchanged. Ship item(s) to:

* Include in with your return/exchange item(s) a note with what you are needing to exchange for: Size, Color, Style, Etc…. Your order number, 10% restock fee and return ship to address and a good contact number and email address. 

Please allow 5-7 business days once we receive your order, for a return shipment to be sent out.
